Ingredients:
- ½ kg chopped cabbage
- 200g purple cabbage chopped
- 3 carrots, grated
- 4 sprigs celery without leaves chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper pickles
- 2 tsp vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt
- 4-5 tbsp ^eleon^ extra virgin olive oil $
- In a large bowl put the chopped cabbage, purple cabbage, grated carrots, celery and garlic.
- Salt them well, pour the juice of one lemon, pour 1 cup of water inside, the press together with your hand and allow to marinate for 1 hour out of the refrigerator.
- Immediately after, drain the salad from the liquid, place in a clean bowl, chop the red pepper, pour the vinegar and add olive oil as you want to serve.
Note: This salad can be refrigerated to maintain without pour olive oil for at least 2 days. Pour the olive oil at the time of serving. Stir and serve.
