Ingredients:
- 1 kilo lamb
- 1 kilo fennel
- 2 lemons
- 1 cup ^eleon^ extra virgin olive oil $
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Pour the olive oil in the pot and saute the meat.
- Immediately add the chopped fennel and boil well.
- Finally, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Let the food boil and serve.
