Ingredients:
- 1 octopus
- Extra virgin olive oil ^eleon^ $
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
Preparation:
- Clean and wash the octopus and boil over low heat, until it absorbs its broth.
- Then remove from heat and strain, season with salt and pepper, brush with a little olive oil and place over charcoals.
- When done, arrange on a serving platter and sprinkle with oil, vinegar and oregano.
