Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 vinegar
- 1 cup ^eleon^ extra virgin olive oil $
- 1 cup butter (for sprinkling of the dough sheets)
For the stuffing:
- 4 mushrooms wild or croped
- 1 kg of spinach
- 1 bunch of fresh onions
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 cup ^eleon^ extra virgin olive oil $
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- In a bowl add the flour, roll out a hole in the middle and add all the ingredients except the water which we add a little bit to make the dough soft. We knead for some time and leave in the fridge for half an hour.
- Then divide the dough into small pieces. We open this pieces with your fingers into small pals, uniting at the 2 with a little butter and roll out with a rolling pin 8 sheets.
- Prepare the stuffing: Saute the spinach with olive oil, add the mushrooms and the remaining ingredients, adding a glass of water and let it boil until the water runs out.
- Spread in pan 4 sheets after we sprinkle them each one with the mixture of oil and butter and put over after the stuffing cover with the remaining sheets.
- Brush the pie with a little water and butter and bake at 200 oC for about an hour.
