Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo onions
- 1/2 kilo flour self rising
- 1 1/2 -2 cups fresh mint, chopped
- Οregano
- Salt, some freshly ground pepper
- ^eleon^ extra virgin olive oil $ for frying
Preparation:
- Grate half the onions and chop the rest into the blender.
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and add a few tablespoons of water to make a slurry tight.
- Heat enough oil in a deep pan and add spoonfuls of the swill.
- When browned, turn them carefully on the other side.
