Preparation:
- Beat the olive oil with the sugar and continue with the baking soda dissolved in orange juice, the cinnamon, the cloves and the flour.
- Knead into a soft dough, shape it into balls.
- Then lay the kourabiedes on a baking tray and bake them.
- Let them cool, sprinkle them with rose water and sprinkle them with confectioner’s sugar.
